After going through three "owner/operator" pool services whose primary concern is to "get it done and get out of there quick", we switched to Aqua Medics, and are totally happy with it. Employees of this company get paid by the hour, not the job. So there is no incentive for them to rush through cleaning our pool. And they do have a storefront and a manager you can call if you have any questions or complaints. They're not the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for....
Pros: Reliable and good job
Cons: More expensive than others, but worth it!
