This Spa has an unbelievable Spa and Medical spa. Now called Revive, they were able to say yes to everything! I tried their 302 facial and it was the best I've ever had. It left my skin like I always wanted it to be after a facial, hydrated and less red than when I started! I wanted a massage? Sure! And get their sugar scrub before the massage, you'll never forget it. This was my first time getting Medical Spa Treatments like Botox. They offered a Brazilian Laser treatment instead of the Brazilian waxing if I wanted. I tried it. I got perfect Brazilian resuts with less pain. And now, after three weeks, the results are amazing. I need a few more treatments but no more waxing for me. I came back from my weekend looking, and feeling, so refreshed. And now that the Botox has taken full effect my friends and colleagues are planning a weekend in Palm Springs and get the full Revive makeover. I'm glad to have found them and shouldn't have waited so long to get these medical treatments done! Hurry to this place before we take it over on the weekend you're planning to go there!
Pros: Professional, downtown close and great value, so much cheaper than Los Angeles!
Cons: You need to make appointments to get the perfect time for you schedule

Every spa says their facials provide visible results, Rosanna's facials really do! In fact their signature facial transformed my skin before my eyes. And it was even better the next day, just like their skin therapist said it would be. They also have Botox and Restylane injections you can get the same day! I told everyone who noticed that a weekend in Palm Springs really helped but in truth, Rosanna's Spa and their Revive Medspa did it all.

This spa really knows what they're doing. The skin therapist was very competant with their 302 facial that produced an instant result on my skin. My face never looked better after a facial. The massage sent me to heaven. Their pamper day did more than pamper me, it renewed my soul, just what I want a spa to do.

What a disappointment! Had heard about this spa for several years but never went. Finally went this year during our vacation. Brought two other people to treat them to mani/pedi day. The people are very nice and friendly. They offer complimentary slushes, water, etc. I spent over $300 and had the worst french mani/pedi ever. The polish was very thick and never dried - we were told it was the person's nails. Please! It seemed like it was the first day for the gal that painted my toes and nails. The scary thing is I think I could have done a better job! I ended up taking these same people to Lee Nails on Indian Caynon. Talk about a deal! Service was great, treatments better and the price...let me tell you, it's a deal! Definately. Take a pass. There are better spas in Palm Springs. Oh, they are changing their name. I'm sure the people and service will not.
Pros: Friendly staff, complimentary refreshments
Cons: Skill of the staff performing mani/pedi

I have to say that the man/ped session was amazing. I got french tips on both hands and feet and was impressed at the results. In that area, I think Rosanna's Spa has it down.
