We've been patronizing this place for 21 years whenever we're in Palm Springs. The food is carefully and tastefully prepared, and they are very obliging to special requests. Extensive menu. I am very partial to the Tangerine Chicken. It's not what it sounds like. It's crispy fried and the sauce is very heady and spicy. Wonderful! Also, the staff is very nice and efficient. The premises are very clean, and the lobby contains a beautiful aquarium of wonderful little fish. I hope this wonderful place remains a fixture there as long as I'm alive.
