Took my TV to Hallmark for minor repair. They kept telling me they were waiting on parts. After 30 + days, I pressed them for answers. They were lying to me all along. They finally told me they blew my TV up and it could not be repaired. I asked for the attached Cable Card back. They made 2 appointments for me to be home, so they could bring me my cable card back. They failed to show up both times. Then they said they mailed it to me. Now the card is lost, and I am responsible for paying for it. The owner, Ken Parker, lied to me several times, and began using obscenities at me when I questioned him about it. These people have been dishonest from the beginning. They attempted to hide the fact that they destroyed my TV, and lost/stole my cable card. Avoid this business.
