2 colleagues and I went here this past spring and I can still taste the food. I will qualify that I can only rate the sushi and not the Hibbachi, and I rate it very highly. While the wait for the Sushi bar was long and the bar crowded, once we were seated we were very impressed. The Sushi chefs are two brothers and if you get your choice Giang is the creative veteran. We ledt the meal in his hands not ordering from the menu once. We give him the parameters (no squid for one of us, spicy to tame etc.....) and Giang worked his magic. Flash flame cooked spicy shrimp, a ceviche style tuna sashimi, a hamachi tartare stuffed pablano was all fantastic. When the night was over the three brothers (the third being the host) did a few shots of tequila with us and walked us to our car. Great place!

besides the seedy crowd, when i ordered a bottle of wine with our meal, they brought two glasses of an unknown type of wine and said they would hold the bottle behind the bar, but i had 2 glasses left. after tasting the wine(which obviously wasn't mine)i told the waitress to bring my bottle. surprise! here comes a new bottle, the one i ordered. they tried to rip me off. good thing i'm a wine drinker. A JOKE this place is!!

I enjoy eating at Hibachi Steakhouse... I love the fresh sushi and teppan food. Yes it is busy but It's worth the wait if you dont reserve. The Sushi Chefs and Teppan Chefs are so funny and cool. They welcome you with open arms. I work in the Hotel Industry so I refer alot of customers there... And they loved it!!!! Hibachi Steakhouse your food is awesome. And the staff is GREAT!!!! I will see you again.

that other reviewer was eating at, but I went there the day after they were there and we sat down within 5 min. THe food was excellent, the service friendly and great, the pricing very reasonable....and I could careless if the hostess is wearing Chinese dresses not Japanese...

The WORST hostess service I've ever experienced in my life. The sushi bar was full so we waited in the waiting area for 10 minutes. We were still not seated 20 minutes after people left the bar. EMPTY seats yet we were waiting. When we walked out of the restaurant to leave, we received the snobbish attitude of "What? You can't wait?" from the hostess. Unfortunately, I don't want to wait for bad service. I also looked at the restaurant menu for the sushi bar. Overpriced food and incorrect attire (Japanese people don't wear Chinese dresses). We're never going back.

Cons: Snobbish attitude, Not authentic
