marr realty is the worst place to rent from. they are ridiculous and their prices are not even adequate for the disgusiting living that you pay for. they don't provide real cleaning before the move in and after you move out they decide to charge you way more than you should be for cleaning the most ridiculous things ie: electric outlet plug covers??? who the heck charges for that? they are the worst place to rent from.
Pros: nothing at all
Cons: they are ridiculous people don't ever rent from them
