4 SURGICAL ROOMS......WAITING ROOM IS DIRTY AND OVERFLOWING ........OVERFLO SEATING IN OUTSIDE WALK WAY .... BENCHES WITH ASHTRAYS AND FOLDING CHAIRS (DIRTY WITH WHAT APPEARS TO BE BODILY FLUIDS PATIENTS ALL COMPLAING OF 2 TO 3 HOURS "WAIT"...............WOULD GO ANYWHERE BUT THERE FOR SURGERY......

Pros: PARKING

Cons: DIRTY, UNINFORMED STAFF
