I have been here many times because I had to meet people there (their choice). Awful, bland Mexican food. Even the taco & enchilada I had this weekend was lousy. Don't like the margaritas either: watery. Sorry, I hate to write negative reviews. The staff is nice and the crowd is a lot of fun. Handy central location in PS. I do know people that like it, maybe because it has a fun casual atmosphere and is inexpensive. I also have other friends that concur with my opinion on this place.
Pros: fun atmosphere, nice staff

Although not my number-one choice when in PS, El Mirasol is a great place to bring friends and enjoy dinner. I would suggest that others leave their kids at home as we had a table with a few loud kids, but that's not necessarily the restaurant's fault. Would love it if they'd deal with the noise a little better. Food, everytime we've gone, has been good. Servings are pretty good and the food was delicious. Guess that is what a restaurant is all about anyway. Bring your friends, eat early as it was a bit crowded when we arrived right at dinnertime – but other than the odd little gripe, this place is great.
Pros: The food, need we say more.
Cons: Wish the manager would attend to noise families/kids
