This is the "Local's Choice" for top-quality, authentic Mexican Cuisine and margaritas. Great Traditional Specialties like Jumbo Scallops smothered in a delictably delicate Pipian Sauce, Copper Kettle Roasted Carnitas, and Camarones a la Dona Diabla (Jumbo Shrimps in a flavorfully spicy red chile sauce), keep us coming back time and time again. This restaurant also has fantastic vegitarian menu items (like spinach enchiladas and chiles rellanos made with fresh pasilla peppers). Did I mention tremendous margaritas???
Pros: Authentic Cuisine, Great Seafood, Patio Dining
Cons: Off-strip, Crowded, No "lunch specials"

We live in the desert, and this is our favorite mexican restaurant. The food is excellent (especially the Machaca, Steak Picado, and vegetarian selections) and the service friendly. Prices are reasonable.
Pros: easy parking, Family friendly, Not too crowded
