The owner of this franchise, Bill & Kat Weaver is notorious for firing employee without providing adequate reason. I have been frequenting their two locations for a haircuts. I was very suprise to find out that they had let go of one of their most reliable and polite receptionist. Soraya was very helpful to me and was always greeting me with a smile and always has kind words for me. They have been letting go of quiet a few othe remployee's lately. This is a sign of bad management. I hope Super Cut Coorperation will look into this matter.
Pros: new receptionist is horrible
