I really enjoyed my experience at the Salon. The atmosphere and equipment was top of the line. I am shopping around for places to join and did this as a one time tanning experience only. I would have purchased a package and the lotion Courtney aggressively kept pushing on me. It was like a bad car purchasing experience. When I told her I just wanted to try it out she gave me the pushy sales routine and a very bad attitude when she realized I wanted to just tan before joining. Evidently, she was more interested in how much I had in my wallet instead of letting me try it out. After about 15 minutes at the desk with her, being interrupted by her cell phone call, and being pushed on a $75.00 lotion and $200.00 membership, I did finally get into a room,which took another 5 minutes for her to figure out how to turn on for me. I did like experience and the room was every clean, got a little burned, and the sample lotion gave me a rash. All and all the salon is very nice. However, Courtney's behavior was a total turn off and I more than likely will not buy a membership. I am kind of disappointed by my experience with her, she must be new at this. The most distasteful part was when I finished I had some questions and she seemed so upset with me that she completely ignored me and didn't even bother to say bye. Kind of sad that some of these younger people have no respect for anyone these days.

very help ful and they know tanning i loved it any ? i had they answered!! plus they have 8 location so where ever i go i can tan no one does that!!!!! plus they just went national!!! a national roll out!!!! buy your own location!!!!!
